4. Activity and Scope of Content

Rewel markets cosmetic products, mainly Korean, individually or as part of selections presented as Missions, Maintenance Routines, Skincare Routines, and Boosters.

Rewel's Missions and editorial content aim to help customers better understand their skin needs and select a suitable cosmetic routine. They present the desired benefits, the role of the selected Products, and their usage instructions. This content constitutes general cosmetic advice and does not replace a medical or dermatological diagnosis or a prescription issued by a healthcare professional. In the event of a significant, unusual, or persistent reaction, the user is advised to stop using the product concerned and to consult a healthcare professional, depending on the severity of the reaction.

5. Accuracy and Updates of Information

Rewel takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and topicality of the information published. Despite these checks, material errors, non-substantial omissions, or update delays may exceptionally persist in the editorial content. This content, of general scope, does not claim to be exhaustive. Rewel corrects it as soon as it becomes aware of any inaccuracies.

This reservation does not concern the essential characteristics of the products, prices, and contractual conditions applicable to an order and does not limit any right or guarantee recognized by law.

As manufacturers may change a formula, packaging, or precaution, the user must also read the indications on the product actually received. In case of a substantial difference from the online product sheet, they are advised to suspend use and contact Rewel.

6. Intellectual Property

The structure of the Site, Rewel's visual identity, texts, graphics, photographs, videos, selections, presentations, questionnaires, Mission names, pedagogical protocols, and other original content are protected by the intellectual property rights of Rewel or their respective owners.

Consultation for personal use is authorized. Except for legal exceptions or prior written authorization, any reproduction, extraction, adaptation, distribution, commercial exploitation, or substantial reuse, particularly of the Mission and Routine presentation method, is prohibited.

Trademarks, visuals, and content related to third-party products remain the property of their owners. Their presence on the Site does not imply any transfer of rights.

7. Images and Content Submitted by Users

Photographs, videos, or information sent to customer service are used solely to process the request concerned and are not published or used for advertising purposes without prior, specific, and explicit consent.

If a review feature allows the user to voluntarily publish text or an image, the conditions presented at the time of submission specify the display modalities. The user must have the necessary rights and respect the image, privacy, and rights of third parties. They can request the removal of personal content by emailing contact@rewelcare.fr, subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Customer Reviews

Rewel may collect and publish reviews concerning Products, Missions, or the shopping experience. When a review is solicited following an identified order, it may be marked "Verified Purchase." This mention signifies that the address used to submit the review is associated with an order containing the product concerned; it does not mean that Rewel endorses the content of the review.

Reviews may be subject to moderation before or after publication. The sole purpose of this moderation is to verify that the review is based on a consumer experience and does not contain any illicit, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, manifestly misleading, advertising, off-topic content, or content that infringes on third-party rights or unnecessarily reveals personal data. A negative review cannot be refused or deleted solely based on the rating given or the opinion expressed.

The publication date of the review and the date of the consumer experience concerned are displayed. Reviews are sorted by default from newest to oldest, unless another criterion is chosen by the user.

No advantage is granted in exchange for submitting a review, unless clearly indicated to users. If an advantage is exceptionally offered, this circumstance is indicated with the review concerned and is not conditional on the publication of a positive review.

Reviews are published within a maximum of fifteen working days after submission and are kept for a maximum period of five years, unless an early justified removal or a request from the author can be legally satisfied. The author can request the correction or removal of their review by emailing contact@rewelcare.fr. In case of refusal of publication, Rewel will communicate the reason for this refusal. Any person can also report a reasoned doubt concerning the authenticity or legality of a review to this address.

9. External Links, Availability and Security

The Site may contain links to manufacturers, carriers, or third-party services. Rewel does not control their availability, content, or practices. The existence of a link does not mean that Rewel approves all information on the site concerned.

Rewel may temporarily interrupt access to the Site for maintenance, updates, security, or technical incidents. It implements reasonable means to restore service, without this stipulation limiting its liability when it is legally engaged.

The user also ensures they have appropriate and reasonably secure equipment, internet connection, and browser. They are responsible for protecting their equipment against malicious software and for preserving the confidentiality of their identifiers.

Rewel implements reasonable measures to ensure the security and availability of the Site. Rewel cannot be held responsible for damage resulting exclusively from a failure of the user's equipment, abnormal use of the Site, or an external event reasonably beyond its control. This provision does not exclude or limit Rewel's liability in case of breach of its legal or contractual obligations.
