Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to notify their decision to withdraw.
Write to contact@rewelcare.fr with the order number. REWEL will provide instructions and the professional return address.
Product condition
Products must be complete and unused beyond what is necessary to verify their nature. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for a sealed product that has been unsealed after delivery.
Costs and refund
Direct return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error, damage during delivery, or non-conformity. The refund is made within the legal deadlines and may be delayed until the goods are recovered or proof of shipment is received.
Damaged or incorrect product
Promptly send the order number and relevant photos to contact@rewelcare.fr.
