Rewel • Version as of September 18, 2026
These general terms and conditions of sale ("T&Cs") govern orders placed on the rewelcare.fr website by consumers. They must be read and accepted before any order is placed.
1. Identity of the seller
The Website is published by Gaétan REINARTZ, sole proprietorship (EI), operating under the trade name Rewel.
- Geographical address: indicated in the Legal Notice and, where required by law, in Article 14.
- SIREN: 108 724 519
- SIRET: 108 724 519 00013
- Registration: 108 724 519 R.C.S. Créteil
- Email: contact@rewelcare.fr
- Telephone: 07 67 07 89 99
- VAT: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, as long as Rewel falls under the basic franchise scheme.
2. Purpose and customers concerned
The T&Cs apply to the retail sale of cosmetic products and, where applicable, accessories presented on the Website, concluded with any natural person acting for non-professional purposes.
Rewel may refuse an order that is clearly intended for resale, presents quantities that are abnormal in relation to the needs of a private individual, or is based on objectively suspected fraud.
3. Rewel offer: Missions, Routines, and Boosters
Missions are editorial universes organized around a skin objective or concern. They guide the customer toward a selection of products and general advice.
An Entretien Routine, a Soin Routine, or a Booster refers to a selection of products identified on the Site. Only products actually added to the cart and included in the order confirmation are sold. Mission content and any support offered at no extra cost do not constitute a medical or dermatological diagnosis, nor an obligation of result.
4. Product information
The Products marketed by Rewel are selected for their compliance with the regulations applicable to cosmetic products in the European Union, in particular Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Rewel only offers delivery in the territories available at the time of ordering. It is the responsibility of the customer who wishes to re-export, export, or use the Products in another territory not offered by Rewel to verify any applicable local rules. This provision does not limit Rewel's legal obligations regarding the safety, compliance, and information of the Products in the territories where it organizes their marketing.
Rewel presents the essential characteristics of the products with the reasonable care expected of a professional distributor. Photographs and color renderings are illustrative; slight differences in display or packaging may exist without altering the essential characteristics of the product.
The list of ingredients is drawn up based on official information available and marketed products. A manufacturer may, however, reformulate a product or change its packaging. Rewel updates the product sheet when a change is reported or noted. Before first use, the customer is invited to check the list and precautions on the product received, especially in case of known allergy or sensitivity. In case of a substantial difference, they must suspend use and contact Rewel. This verification does not limit their legal rights and guarantees.
The editorial content is general and does not claim to cover all individual situations. Despite the checks carried out, a material error, non-substantial omission, or update lag may exceptionally persist. Rewel corrects the information as soon as it becomes aware of it. This reservation does not concern the essential characteristics, prices, or contractual conditions, and does not limit any legal rights.
Rewel selects its Products and builds its Routines to meet identified cosmetic concerns and to promote visible improvements in the appearance and comfort of the skin. The results of a cosmetic vary according to the skin, consistency, other products used, and individual factors. A significant, unusual, or persistent reaction requires stopping use and seeking the advice of a healthcare professional. The Products are not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat a skin disease and do not replace, when necessary, the advice of a healthcare professional. This clarification does not undermine the cosmetic effectiveness of the Products or the benefits reasonably announced on the Site.
5. Availability
Offers are valid as long as they are displayed on the Site and within the limits of available stocks. The presence of a product in the cart does not reserve it.
If unavailability is noted after the order, Rewel informs the customer without undue delay. The customer may accept a proposed solution or obtain a refund for the unavailable product. No replacement with a different product is made without their agreement.
6. Prices, taxes, and promotions
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes when a tax is applicable. As long as Rewel benefits from the VAT exemption scheme, no French VAT is invoiced and the mention "VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the CGI" appears on the invoices. The price displayed to the customer remains the final price of the product, excluding delivery costs and any import fees indicated below.
Delivery costs are displayed before final confirmation of the order. For mainland France, the currently configured options are Colissimo and Chronopost Relais. The applicable rate is the one displayed at checkout before validation. No free delivery is acquired unless expressly displayed at checkout or in an active offer.
For Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, or presentation fees may be required by the authorities or the carrier. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, they are not included in the price paid to Rewel and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Promotions are subject to the conditions announced on the Site. They are not retroactive and do not accumulate unless otherwise stated. In the event of a partial refund, a discount conditional on a minimum amount or the purchase of a set may be recalculated when this consequence was announced before the order.
A manifest price error, which a normally attentive consumer could not reasonably consider as real, may lead to the cancellation of the order after informing the customer and providing a full refund.
7. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
- The customer selects the products and checks their cart.
- They enter the necessary information, choose the delivery and payment method, and then can correct their errors.
- Before definitively confirming their order, the customer can consult the T&Cs from the shopping journey and the Shopify checkout. The continuation to order validation occurs after these contractual terms are made available.
- The button to definitively confirm the order includes the phrase "Order with payment obligation" or a similar unambiguous wording indicating that validation implies a payment obligation.
- The order becomes final when the payment is authorized and Rewel confirms receipt by email.
The confirmation summarizes the products, prices, fees, address, and delivery method. The accepted T&Cs are attached or made accessible on a durable medium. The customer must report any error in the order information promptly to contact@rewelcare.fr.
Rewel may suspend or cancel an order for a legitimate reason: refused payment, likely fraud, obviously incorrect address, unresolved previous payment dispute, or abnormal order. The sums collected for a canceled order are refunded, except in cases of established fraud or certain debt allowing a legally permitted offset.
8. Payment
The payment methods actually available are only those displayed in the Shopify checkout at the time of the order. Their availability may vary depending on the device, browser, country, and store configuration. The debit occurs according to the rules of the chosen payment method.
Full bank card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by Rewel. The customer guarantees that they are authorized to use the selected payment method. In case of refusal or failure of payment, the order is not shipped.
9. Proof and archiving
The electronic records of Rewel and its providers constitute evidence, without depriving the customer of the right to contest their accuracy. Electronic contracts with an amount equal to at least €120 are archived for ten years under legal conditions. The customer can request access to them at contact@rewelcare.fr by providing the elements allowing the order to be identified.
10. Zones, preparation, and delivery
10.1 Destinations and carriers
Rewel delivers to mainland France, to the European Union countries offered at checkout, and to Switzerland. Overseas departments and territories are not served at launch.
Depending on the address, weight, destination, and available services, delivery is offered by the carriers displayed at checkout. In mainland France, the currently configured options are Colissimo and Chronopost Relais. Other carriers or services may be offered for certain destinations when Shopify displays them at checkout.
10.2 Preparation and timeline
Rewel normally prepares orders within 24 to 48 working hours after payment validation. This preparation time is not the total delivery time. It may be extended during a launch, a promotional operation, an inventory, a public holiday, or an exceptional event; the applicable delivery time or date is communicated before payment.
In the absence of an agreed date, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract. If delivery does not take place within the announced time, the customer may put Rewel on notice to perform within a reasonable additional time and then, in the absence of performance, cancel the contract under the conditions provided for by the Consumer Code. When the date is an essential condition, cancellation may occur immediately in cases provided for by law.
10.3 Pickup point and address
The customer must provide a complete and accurate address, track the shipment, and collect the package within the time communicated by the carrier. Refusal of the package or failure to collect it does not, in itself, constitute a withdrawal.
If the package is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or failure to collect, Rewel will contact them to arrange reshipment at the customer's actual cost or another solution. No punitive flat fee is applied; only costs actually incurred may be claimed within legal limits.
10.4 Indicative transit times
From the time of collection by the carrier, the times usually announced by the carriers are:
- Mainland France - Colissimo: about 2 working days;
- Mainland France - Chronopost: according to the chosen service, with delivery potentially scheduled for the following working day for certain offers;
- European Union - Colissimo: generally 3 to 8 days depending on the destination;
- European Union - Mondial Relay: about 3 working days to Belgium or Luxembourg and about 5 working days to other served European destinations, depending on the chosen service;
- Europe - Chronopost Classic: generally 2 to 6 working days depending on the destination;
- Switzerland - Chronopost: generally 1 to 4 working days, excluding any customs clearance time.
These durations are indicative and may vary according to the postal code, time of collection, exact service, weekends, public holidays, customs checks, and transport contingencies. The total delivery date or range displayed before payment and then included in the order confirmation constitutes the commitment applicable to the order. It must take into account the preparation time and the estimated transit time.
In the absence of an indicated date or time, delivery occurs without undue delay and at the latest thirty days after the conclusion of the contract.
10.5 Delivery delay
In case of delay, the Customer may contact Rewel, who will conduct the necessary searches with the carrier. When delivery does not occur within the contractual time, the Customer may put Rewel on notice to perform delivery within a reasonable additional time. If Rewel does not perform within this period, the Customer may cancel the contract under the conditions provided for by the Consumer Code. They may cancel it immediately when Rewel refuses to deliver or when compliance with the date was an essential condition brought to Rewel's knowledge before the order.
In the event of regular cancellation for non-delivery, Rewel refunds all sums paid no later than fourteen days following the date on which the contract was terminated.
11. Transfer of risk, tracking, and damaged package
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when they take physical possession of the package, or when a third party designated by them, other than the carrier proposed by Rewel, takes possession of it. If the customer chooses a carrier not proposed by Rewel, the risk is transferred upon delivery of the package to this carrier.
The customer is invited to check the condition of the package and products upon receipt and to promptly report any loss, damage, missing product, or error to contact@rewelcare.fr, with the order number and, if possible, photographs. Failure to immediately issue reservations to the carrier does not eliminate legal guarantees.
12. Right of withdrawal
12.1 Period and exercise
For sales subject to European Union law, the customer has fourteen days from the day on which they, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by them, take physical possession of the goods. For an order delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last good. If it expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.
Rewel contractually grants the same period to consumers delivered in Switzerland, subject to the same exclusions and terms.
Before the expiration of the period, the customer informs Rewel of their decision unequivocally by email to contact@rewelcare.fr, using the form attached to this page. Simply returning or refusing the package is not sufficient. Rewel sends an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium.
The exercise of the right is not subject to prior authorization. After receipt of the request, Rewel simultaneously communicates the return address and the practical methods for identifying and processing the package.
12.2 Return
The customer returns the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after communicating their decision. Direct return costs are at their expense. They keep proof of shipment until the refund.
The customer may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. Their liability may be incurred for depreciation resulting from handling going beyond this.
The address to use to physically return the products as well as the practical return procedures will be communicated to you at the same time as the acknowledgment of receipt of your request. Sending the form to the legal address above is sufficient to notify your withdrawal within the legal period.
12.3 Products sealed for hygiene reasons
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a good that has been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. This exception is assessed according to the nature of the product and the existence of an appropriate seal; it never excludes the guarantees applicable to a defective or non-compliant product.
12.4 Routines, sets, and partial returns
When a Routine is sold under a unique reference and at an overall price as an inseparable set, the withdrawal applies to the set. When the products appear as separate lines in the order, the customer may return one or more eligible products; the refund corresponds to the sums actually paid for the returned products, after recalculation of a conditional promotion clearly announced before the order.
12.5 Refund
Rewel shall reimburse the sums due no later than fourteen days after being informed of the withdrawal, but may defer the reimbursement until the goods are recovered or until proof of shipment has been provided, whichever comes first.
In the event of withdrawal for the entire order, the reimbursement shall include the initial delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard method offered. Any supplement paid for an express or more expensive method shall not be reimbursed. In the event of a partial return, the initial delivery costs shall not be reimbursed if the other products have been correctly delivered.
The reimbursement shall be made using the same means of payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no cost to the customer.
12.6 Collection and unclaimed parcels
Failure to collect a parcel within the time frame set by the carrier does not, in itself, constitute an exercise of the right of withdrawal. When the parcel is returned to Rewel, the customer shall be contacted to arrange, depending on the situation, a new shipment at their own expense or another solution. If the customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal within the legal time frame, their reimbursement shall be made in accordance with Article 12.5. Outside of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, costs directly and effectively incurred due to non-collection may remain the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a fault on the part of Rewel or the carrier.
13. Defective, non-conforming product or order error
In the event of a product that is missing, damaged, altered, non-conforming to the order, or whose defect only appears upon first opening or use, the customer shall contact Rewel at contact@rewelcare.fr, specifying the order number and attaching the information reasonably useful for examining the request.
Opening the product, where necessary to discover the defect, does not prevent it from being covered. Rewel may request the return or availability of the product for verification. When the warranty or Rewel's error is established, the costs necessary for the return, collection, replacement, or bringing into conformity shall be borne by Rewel.
An individual skin reaction or the absence of a subjectively expected result is not, in itself, sufficient to demonstrate a defect. Rewel shall nevertheless examine any report and cooperate with the supplier or the European responsible person when product safety may be involved.
In the event of a significant or unusual skin reaction, the customer is advised to stop using the Product, keep it along with its packaging and batch number, and contact Rewel. This information may be transmitted to the Product's responsible person or to the competent authorities when required by regulation. In the event of a severe or persistent reaction, the customer is advised to consult a healthcare professional.
14. Legal warranties
The seller responsible for the warranties is Gaétan REINARTZ, EI – Rewel, at 22 rue de Tannebourg, 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne. They can be contacted at contact@rewelcare.fr and at +33 7 67 07 89 99.
Rewel provides no additional commercial warranty unless expressly stated on the product sheet. Legal warranties are independent of the right of withdrawal and are exercised at no cost under the conditions provided by law.
15. Liability
Rewel is responsible for the proper execution of the contract and the mandatory obligations applicable to the safety and conformity of products. No clause limits the consumer's rights in the event of bodily injury, gross or intentional negligence, lack of conformity, hidden defect, or other liability that cannot be excluded.
Subject to these rules, Rewel is not liable for damage exclusively caused by use contrary to instructions or precautions, an expressly discouraged combination, excessive use, erroneous information provided by the customer, or a force majeure event, when this fact is the direct cause of the damage.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Rewel does not control their content or practices but remains responsible for the information and commitments it makes itself on the Site.
16. Personal data
The processing necessary for the management of the Site, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and communications are described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy, accessible from the footer of the Site.
The telephone number collected during the order is used for its execution and delivery. It is not used for telephone solicitation purposes without the customer's prior consent, excluding communications necessary for the execution of a current contract.
17. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a delay or non-performance caused by an event meeting the criteria of force majeure under French law. The affected party shall inform the other within a reasonable time. If the impediment becomes permanent, the contract shall be terminated and the sums due shall be refunded in accordance with the law.
18. Customer service and complaints
Any question or complaint may be addressed to contact@rewelcare.fr, or +33 7 67 07 89 99. To facilitate processing, the customer should indicate their order number and describe their request precisely.
19. Consumer mediation
After a prior written complaint addressed to Rewel and in the absence of an amicable solution, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which Rewel belongs:
The referral must comply with the conditions and time limits set by the Consumer Code and by the mediator. The consumer remains free to refer the matter to the competent court.
20. Applicable law and disputes
The GCS are subject to French law. This choice does not deprive a consumer residing in another country of the mandatory, more protective provisions they benefit from in their country of residence where applicable.
In the absence of an amicable agreement or mediation, the consumer may bring the matter before the competent courts according to legal rules. No clause imposes on the consumer a court other than the one to which the law allows them to have recourse.
21. Validity and version of the GCS
If a clause is declared invalid, the other provisions remain applicable as far as possible. The failure to immediately exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
The applicable version is the one accepted at the time of the order. Rewel retains successive versions. Current GCS: version updated on 18/09/2026.
